Schlage Electronics HH-SERIAL Cable
The Schlage Electronics HH-SERIAL Cable is an essential accessory designed to connect the Hand Held Device (HHD) to the Computer Interface Pack (CIP). This cable is crucial for programming and managing legacy Schlage electronic locks and accessories, including the CM, CL, KC, and BE367 iButton locks. The HH-SERIAL Cable ensures seamless communication between the HHD and the CIP, enabling the initialization, configuration, and testing of various Schlage electronic devices.
This cable works in tandem with the Schlage Utility Software (SUS) installed on the HHD, facilitating the transfer of access control data and audit trails between offline locks and the management software. The SUS provides a user-friendly interface for managing locks, user lists, and other network panel interface devices, simplifying the entire access control management process.
Additionally, the HH-SERIAL Cable supports a range of Schlage electronic products, including the AD and CO Series, and connects to other devices like the SPED, KC2, CM, CL, CT5000, CT1000, CL Controller, and WA Series PIMs via a serial cable connection.
