Description:

Securitron MKN2 Momentary Keyswitch

The Securitron MKN2 Momentary Keyswitch is a high-quality, narrow stile keyswitch designed for secure access control applications. It features a Double Pole Double Throw (DPDT) momentary action switch, which is ideal for situations where temporary activation is required, such as controlling electric locks or managing alarm systems.

Key Features:

  • Momentary DPDT Action: The keyswitch activates only while the key is turned and returns to its default state once released, allowing for precise control.
  • Narrow Stile Design: This makes it perfect for installations in tight spaces or where a slimmer profile is necessary.
  • Bi-Color LED Indicator: Compatible with both 12VDC and 24VDC power supplies, the integrated LED provides clear visual feedback, helping users easily identify the switch's status.
  • Durable Construction: Finished in satin stainless steel (630/US32D), the MKN2 is built to withstand harsh environments and resist tampering.
  • Compatibility: It works with standard mortise cylinders (1-1/8" to 1-1/2"), making it versatile and easy to integrate into existing security systems.
  • Additional Features: Includes anti-tamper screws and an additional switch position on the backing bracket, allowing for enhanced functionality.

This keyswitch is ideal for use in environments requiring reliable and secure access control, such as commercial buildings, institutional facilities, or other high-security areas.
