The Arrow Lock BM12-XL-26D-IC7 Storeroom Mortise Lock, as the name suggests, is well-suited for commercial or industrial storeroom applications and settings. It has an outside lever that is always rigid, and the latchbolt can only be retracted by a using a key on the outside, or by the inside lever. An auxilary latchbolt deadlocks the latchbolt.
