The Arrow Lock QL97SB-26D Classroom Intruder Lever Lock is a Grade 1 lock with a freewheeling lever, which is helpful for abuse resistance. It has a two screw installation process, making it incredibly easy and quick to install, and great for replacing or ungrading existing lever locks in commercial applications. It is UL listed and meets all ADA requirements as well. Its deadlocking latch bolt is operated by the lever from either side. A paired key either inside or outside locks or unlocks the outside lever, and the inside lever always operates the latch bolt.
