The Arrow Lock RL01SR-10 Passage Lever Lock is a great, affordable option for light commercial uses like multi-family housing. It is ADA compliant and UL Grade 2 listed. In terms operation, this is a passage lever lock with the latch bolt operated by a lever on either side. The lever is non-handed, and has a Sierra design.
