The Arrow Lock RL03SR-3 Communicating Lever Lock is a great, affordable option for light commercial uses like multi-family housing. It is ADA compliant and UL Grade 2 listed. In terms operation, this is a communicating lever lock with a latch bolt operated by the inside lever only, and a blank rose only outside. The lever is non-handed, and has a Sierra design.
