The Arrow Lock RL11SR-26D-CS Entrance Lever Lock is a great, affordable option for light commercial uses like multi-family housing. It is ADA compliant and UL Grade 2 listed. In terms operation, this is an entrance lever lock with a latch bolt operated by a lever on either side, except when the outside lever is locked by the turn-button inside. When the outside lever is locked, the latch bolt is operated by a key outside, or by turning the inside lever. The inside button must be manually released. The lever is non-handed, and has a Sierra design.
